LOV2030 is experimenting with this tool as part of the SDG* Lab for Culture of Culture Next**.
The cities affiliated with Culture Next will use the chatbot to create more interaction with their citizens and interested parties. LOV2030 will learn from this for future initiatives and further development towards 2030.
