Youth X Culture - Partnership-building Activity

Youth work and culture have more in common than you might think. Yet these two worlds do not always find it easy to come together. This Partnership-building Activity (PBA) organised by JINT in Leuven is set to change that.

Over five working days, you’ll meet cultural organisations, artists, collectives and youth organisations from across Europe who use art and (sub)culture as a tool in their work. Together, you’ll explore the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps to launch new, inclusive international projects. This isn’t a theoretical deep dive, but a chance to forge genuine connections and establish concrete collaborations.

What can you expect?

• Meet organisations and professionals from the cultural and youth work sectors and lay the foundations for future international collaboration.
• Discover how Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps can support your organisation with international projects.
• Be inspired by concrete examples of inclusive projects from the youth work and cultural sectors.
• Share experiences and good practices with participants from various European countries.

• And also: simply have fun and get to know people with whom you’d like to build something.

   

Who is it for?

• Cultural actors: organisations, artists, collectives and institutions wishing to collaborate internationally.
• Youth organisations that use art or (sub)culture as a tool in their work.
• Project coordinators and decision-makers who can commit their organisation to future collaborations.
• Participants who want to contribute actively: you’ll present your organisation, share best practices and help shape the programme.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to work in English.
