Summer Stage Olevodroom – 29 July
The City of Leuven and LOV2030 are joining forces for a new edition of the Summer Stage at the Olevodroom. From 8 July to 2 September, you can enjoy a surprising mix of performances every Wednesday evening.
Expect a programme that effortlessly shifts between circus, music, theatre, dance and everything in between. Every evening is different, but one thing is certain: in a unique, intimate setting, you’ll discover talent from across the region.
Come along, let yourself be surprised and experience a summer full of artistic encounters.

Whu Du Zulu
Meet Whu Du Zulu, a fresh reggae band that formed in January 2026 at the railway depot in Leuven. With their infectious mix of accessible roots reggae, original songs and well-known classics by artists including Bob Marley, they’re guaranteed to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The band consists of eight musicians from diverse backgrounds: three members from Leuven, two female singers with roots in Cameroon and Somalia, a guitarist with Mexican roots, and a pianist and bassist from Aarschot. You can hear this rich mix of influences in their music, which brings people together and gets them moving.
Expect a performance full of positive energy, captivating rhythms and cheerful reggae sounds. Whu Du Zulu stands for connection, fun and music that appeals to everyone. Let yourself be swept away by their sunny vibes!
