Sector Survey: Leuven & Beyond
Are you active in the cultural or heritage sector, either as a (semi-)professional or a volunteer? Do you help shape cultural policy? Or do you work in another sector but collaborate with cultural organisations, or would you like to do so more? Then we’d like to hear from you.
How do we know if LOV2030 is really making a difference? To be able to measure change, we first need to know where we stand today.
In the run-up to Leuven & Beyond, European Capital of Culture 2030, LOV2030, in collaboration with CultuurNetwerk Leuven and the inter-municipal partnerships COBRA and Druivenstreek, is launching a wide-ranging consultation in Leuven and the East Brabant region.
We’d love to hear from artists, cultural organisations and anyone working in or with the cultural sector in Leuven and East Brabant: what’s going well at the moment? Where do the challenges lie? What kind of future do you dream of? And what do you expect from LOV2030? Your answers will help us make those dreams a reality.
This survey is a baseline assessment: we will repeat it in the coming years so that, together, we can track how the cultural fabric in Leuven and the East Brabant region is evolving. Your input today therefore forms the starting point.
Completing this survey takes about 10 minutes and you can take part until 15 January 2027.
We will share the results of this baseline assessment in April 2027.
Please feel free to forward this to colleagues in your network.
Are you not currently working in or with the cultural sector, but would still like to share your voice?
In November 2026, we will launch a wide-ranging population survey to gauge the cultural experience of every resident of Leuven and the East Brabant region. Stay tuned!
