Open Call: Makers with a fiergesicht for Fryslân

Arcadia, the legacy organisation of the European Capital of Culture Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2018, is launching an open call for young professional artists, designers and creators aged between 25 and 35 with a ‘fiergesicht’ (vision) for Fryslân.

The call seeks ideas that depict what Fryslân might look like in ten, fifty or more years’ time, for example through a design, performance, research project or intervention. Selected creators will receive a development budget and guidance to develop their idea into a robust plan for a liveable, connected and forward-looking Fryslân.
